What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site (such as our contact form or a free audit request), email us, call us, text us or book a meeting, we collect what you share: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and the details of your request.

Phone calls. We call businesses at their publicly listed business numbers to introduce our services. Our calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can keep accurate notes and improve our service. We keep a record of each call: the number, time, length and outcome.

Text messages. When you text one of our numbers or we text you, we keep your phone number, the content of the messages, when they were sent, and whether they were delivered.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and actions you take. See Cookies and tracking.

Business information from public sources. To find businesses we may be able to help, we use publicly available information such as business listings, company websites and public registries: business names, business phone numbers, websites, and the names of owners or managers where published.

How we use it

• To respond to your requests, schedule and hold meetings, and follow up on conversations you started.
• To provide, manage and improve our services.
• To send the information you asked for, including by text where you asked us to (see below).
• To measure how our website and advertising perform.
• To keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

Argent Digital sends text messages from our business phone numbers only to people who have asked for them. You agree to receive texts from us when you:

• text one of our numbers first (for example our Text us number, (656) 261-4260), in which case we reply to your conversation; or
• say yes on a phone call when one of our team members asks, “Can I text you from this number? It’s Argent Digital. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to stop.” We record your yes with the date, time and the team member's name.

What we send: replies to your messages, the information you asked for, and confirmations of meetings you asked us to text, typed by a person on our team. We do not send automated, promotional or bulk texts, and we do not text people who haven't texted us or asked us to. The first text after you say yes on a call ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.”

Frequency: message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us; you'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Your mobile information is not shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers and message content only with the service providers that deliver and store our messages for us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers that operate our business on our behalf, such as website hosting, our CRM, email delivery, calling and texting (telecommunications) providers, transcription, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Argent Digital, our clients or others.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

The limits on mobile information in Text messages apply in every case.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and advertising. These include tags managed through Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and the OpenAI Ads measurement pixel. These partners may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: for as long as we are in touch with you or your business, and afterward as needed for our records, to resolve disputes and to meet legal obligations. Opt-out records (for example, a STOP reply) are kept so we continue to honor them.

Your choices and rights

• Calls: ask us not to call you again on any call, or email us, and we'll add your number to our do-not-call list.
• Texts: reply STOP.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link or reply asking us to stop.
• Access, correction and deletion: email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we will respond as the law requires and won't treat you differently for making a request.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
